                                                     Commercial Processing Services II Introduction

CPS II is pleased to announce a major partnership agreement with the IBM Corp. CPS II has been selected as an IBM Partner Plus to market IBM product and services. The CPS II/IBM Partner Plus relationship allows CPS II executives to source all of the IBM product line and services for their clients. CPS II will be able to deliver IBM advanced technology including such products as Z computing along with AI and Cloud services featuring the IBM WatsonX technology.

The founders of CPS II are experienced executives that have held senior positions with IBM, GE Capital, Compaq Computer Corp, EDS and D.E. Shaw & CO. The executives have many years of experience in leading development and strategy in carbon reduction technology. They have held executive positions as Senior Research Engineer's at the IBM Watson Research Center as worldwide applied research Managers. They have held the positions of Corp CEO for EDS and President of multiple regions. They have experience in managing over 10,000 employees with $3B in annual revenue. As the Chief Strategy Officer at D.E. Shaw Development LLC. Phil executed a startup project in the development, planning and implementing of a major rollout of a new technology for D.E.Shaw & Co. The company utilized proprietary software, a remote management platform and remote operations in Hyderabad, India. 

The CPS II executive team includes a senior financial member, and a Mergers and Acquisition executive with over 30 years experience on Wall Street and a team that can provide legal support. The CPS II executive team holds degrees from several prominent universities such as Harvard, Wharton and Fordham University. They have certifications in many key Executive University programs, such as the Presidents executive program at Harvard and the CFO executive program at Wharton. They also hold certifications from the USAF Cryptographic Institute. 

 

NEXGEN Construction Marketplace

CPS II has been supporting and advising a senior executive management team with knowledge of the construction and building industry and has set forth the objective to create an on-line marketplace platform dedicated to the Construction Industry. The platform will provide Centralized access to products and information related to product capabilities including pricing information. Product manufacturers and their local distributors will be available on the platform as well as their Capacity, Capabilities and Lead time to delivery.The platform will include a Comprehensive purchasing system that provides manufacturers and distributors with order management, demand forecasting tools and buyers with supply chain management for controlling delivery and other schedules.

NEXGEN Energy Storage

Executive Summary:

The objective is to create an on-line NEXGEN Energy Storage system (NESS). The system will provide backup for residential and small business owners a supply of uninterrupted electrical power for 3-5 days during a loss of commercial energy. The energy storage system will provide energy for normal home and business use. Multiple units will be able to extend the source of energy to the facility. The Energy Storage strategy team will identify the target areas and gain the support of local, regional and national electrical and construction service providers. CPS II will be the main marketing and installer for the residential and small business owner market. The Strategic regional marketing executives with the geographic service provider will be responsible for the installation and management of the sale and service of the energy Storage systems.
